Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 30, 2026
BowlRz is committed to making our website and app usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
1. Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
2. What we do
- Use semantic, structured markup and meaningful headings;
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus;
- Maintain readable color contrast in our interface;
- Provide responsive, mobile-first layouts with large, easy-to-tap controls;
- Respect the system "reduced motion" setting to limit animation; and
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images where we control the content.
3. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, some images and information are submitted by bowling-center owners or provided by third parties, and may lack text alternatives or full accessibility. We work to identify and address these issues over time.
4. Compatibility
The Services are designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers. If you use older technology, some features may not work as expected.
5. Feedback
We welcome your feedback. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in a different format, please contact us at [email protected] and describe the issue and the page or screen involved. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and to resolve issues as quickly as we can.
6. Changes
We review this statement periodically and update it as our accessibility work continues.
